Here you will learn how-to upload your Master Content in Seelk Studio Compliance tab. This will enable you to check that the textual content on your Amazon product pages is accurate.

Note: before setting up your Master Content, you have to add the concerned products in Seelk Studio.

Set up your Master Content

1. Inside the Catalog App, click on Compliance via the top navigation bar.

2. Click on Add Master Content - you will be prompted to download and upload your Master Content file.

3. Click on Download template. An Excel spreadsheet entitled accountname_master_content_template_file_date is directly saved in your computer ‘Downloads’ file.

4. Click on the Excel file you just downloaded. You access a blank spreadsheet you should fill in with the content you expect to be displayed on your Amazon product pages.

Here’s the various items that need to be filled with the required format :

  • asin: Amazon Identification Number of your product

  • marketplace: amazon_marketplacecode of your product for example ‘amazon_fr’ ; ‘amazon_us’ ; ‘amazon_mx’; ‘amazon_uk’...

  • brand: your product’s brand

  • title: expected product title

  • bullet_points_1 to _5: expected product content besides each bullet point -1 bullet point per column

  • description: expected product description

  • nb_images: number of images on your Amazon product page (from ‘1’ to ‘7’)

  • nb_videos: number of videos on your Amazon product page —if applicable.

  • parent_asin: parent ASIN —if applicable.

  • has_a_plus: ‘TRUE’ —in English and in capital letter- if your product has an A+ page; ‘FALSE’ if not.

  • is_add_on_item: ‘TRUE’ —in English and in capital letter- if your product is add-on item; ‘FALSE’ if not.

  • is_prime: ‘TRUE’ —in English and in capital letter- if your product is prime; ‘FALSE’ if not.

  • is_sns: ‘TRUE’ —in English and in capital letter- if your product is part of Amazon Subscribe & Save program; ‘FALSE’ if not.

  • is_fresh: ‘TRUE’ —in English and in capital letter- if your product is sold on Amazon Fresh; ‘FALSE’ if not.

  • is_pantry: ‘TRUE’ —in English and in capital letter- if your product is sold on Amazon Pantry; ‘FALSE’ if not.

5. When your file is complete just drag and drop it into the area provided or click and select the file from your computer, then click ‘Confirm’.

6. Your compliance score is currently being processed and calculated. It will be displayed in Seelk Studio depending on your product scrapping frequency —in 24hrs for daily frequency; in 1 week for weekly frequency... Please note that screen will remain empty during that processing time.

Update & Reset your Master Content

1. In the Content Compliance tab, click on Add/Edit Master Content —pen icon on the right side of your screen. You will be prompted to download and upload your Master Content file.

2. Click on Download template. You will download an Excel spreadsheet that contains all your current compliance content.

3a. To update your Master Content, you can make changes directly in the concerned column, for the concerned ASIN. Uploading the updated file will overwrite existing content.

3b. To clear all existing data, you can delete all the content in your Excel spreadsheet, except the first row including column names. Uploading the empty file will overwrite existing content.

4. Drag and drop your updated file into the area provided or click and select it from your computer, then click ‘Confirm’.

5. Your compliance score is currently being updated. Former scores will remain during that processing time.
