Here you will learn how-to manually monitor your products inside your Seelk Studio Catalog, updating product status, section and tracking frequency. It will ensure unbiased analysis throughout the software, improve overall loading performance and keep scrapping cost under control.
Note: these steps have to be done on a regular basis after adding your products inside your Seelk Studio catalog.
There are 2 ways to monitor your product catalog inside Seelk Studio:
Manually: monitor several products within the same section, tracking frequency or status. Each monitoring task is done independently.
Uploading an Excel: update several products with different sections, tracking frequency and status at once. All monitoring tasks on all products can be done at once.
Change Productsβ Section (Manually)
Click on your Seelk Studio avatar and go on the Settings tab.
Click on Products in the Settings Navigation bar.
Leverage on the Filter bar to find the ASINs you want, then select the ASINs for which you want to change section by checking the box on the left side βπ‘Useful tip: you can select the whole list of ASINs by checking the box on top of all the others.
Click on Change products sections (π look alike icon) and select the section for those ASINs.
Click on Apply. Your products are now in the right section!
Change Productsβ Tracking frequency (Manually)
Click on your Seelk Studio avatar and go on the Settings tab.
Click on Products in the Settings Navigation bar.
Leverage on the Filter bar to find the ASINs you want, then select the ASINs for which you want to change tracking frequency by checking the box on the left side βπ‘Useful tip: you can select the whole list of ASINs by checking the box on top of all the others.
Click on Set Tracking Frequency ((π look alike icon) and select the tracking frequency for those ASINs.
Click on Apply. Your products tracking frequency is now updated!
Archive products (Manually)
Click on your Seelk Studio avatar and go on the Settings tab.
Click on Products in the Settings Navigation bar.
Leverage on the Filter bar to find the ASINs you want, then select the ASINs for which you want to change status to archived by checking the box on the left side βπ‘Useful tip: you can select the whole list of ASINs by checking the box on top of all the others.
Click on Activate or Archive products (π look alike icon), then Archive.
Click on Apply. Your products are now archived!
