Seelk Studio’s Exports App enables you to create custom data extract from Seelk Studio, share exports by email with your teammates and schedule a recurring sending; all in one place.
The exports format is .xls (Excel).
Note: All the metrics in the Metric Lexicon are available for sharing by email in the Exports App.
Share a custom export by email
In the Report building modal, you can choose to share your report by email, either to yourself only or to your teammates as long as they have a Seelk Studio user access.
When creating your export, check the box ‘Share via email’ - Additional fields appear.
Specify the recipients of the email: either click on the user in the dropdown list or type to search.
Click on Save. The export will be send to the recipients as soon as it’s ready.
⚠️ Make sure to add studio@seelk.io to your allowlist, otherwise it may end-up in your spam folder.
Send an export by email on a recurring basis
If your export has a pre-set period date range — Last 7 days, This Week, Year-to-Date... — you will be able to schedule a recurring sending by email.
When creating your export with a pre-set period, check the box ‘Share via email’.
Specify the sending frequency: 'ONCE', for a single sending after saving your report; 'WEEKLY' or 'MONTHLY'.
For weekly and monthly sending, choose the delivery date:
Weekly: from Monday to Sunday
Monthly: on the 1st or on the 15th of each month
Specify the recipients of the email: either click on the user in the dropdown list or type to search.
Click on Save. The export will be send to the recipients on the chosen date.
Note: the report will be processed at 10am (Paris CET) and will be send to you as soon as processing ends. It will be updated with last data retrieved until that date.
Change sharing & scheduling configuration
To update your export’s settings, just click on your export’s title in the list:
To delete sharing & scheduling: uncheck the box ‘Share via email’.
To change frequency & delivery date, update values in the dropdown lists.
To remove a user from the recipients, click on the cross (X) next to his email address.
To add a recipient, click on the user in the dropdown list or type to search.
And click on Save.
