Seelk Studio’s Exports App enables you to extract data from Seelk Studio, share exports by email with your teammates and schedule a recurring sending; all in one place.

The exports format is .xls (Excel).

Note: All the metrics in the Metric Lexicon are available in the Exports App. Share of Voice and certain Catalog information are not yet available but can be extracted directly from those modules. Learn how-to extract Share of Voice data and Catalog insights from Seelk Studio.

Build a custom export from scratch

  1. Click on the Exports icon.

  2. Click on Create a new report You will be prompted to configure your export from a dedicated modal:

    1. In the center of your screen, if it’s the first time a custom export is built on your account.

    2. On top right, if exports have already been created and saved in your account.

Duplicate an existing export

The list of available exports into your account is displayed in the Exports’ App homepage with key information:

  • Export’s title

  • Creation date

  • Name of the creator

  • Last modified date

  • Scheduled sending date - if applicable.

By clicking on the export’s title, you’ll access an in-depth view of the export configuration.

  • If this report fits your needs, you can download it directly into your computer (Export XLS).
